My workplace is blocking Maestro List
Setlist link quarantined? Domain flagged as “suspicious”? You’re in the right place.
Enterprise email and web security gateways — Mimecast, Proofpoint, Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, FortiGuard, Microsoft Defender SafeLinks — block domains they have not categorized yet. That is a decision made on their side about a domain they do not recognize. It is not a problem with your account, and it is not a warning about the link we sent you.
Two things fix it. The first is much faster.
Ask your IT team to allow us — usually same-day
Forward this to whoever runs email or web security where you work:

Hi — could you allow these two domains in our email and web security gateway? They belong to Maestro List, a setlist tool we use for rehearsal logistics:
maestro-list.com— the site and appplaylist.maestro-list.com— the sender domain for their transactional email (sign-in verification, setlist shares, password resets)
For your records: the sending domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC (p=quarantine), the site is HTTPS-only with a valid certificate and HSTS, and the domain is listed on neither Spamhaus DBL nor SURBL. They send transactional mail only — no marketing or bulk sending.

Slower — typically one to five business days — but it fixes the problem for everyone at your company at once, and for the next customer on the same gateway. Email support@maestro-list.com with a screenshot of the block, and the vendor name if you can spot it. We will file it and tell you when it clears.
Which gateway is blocking me?
Hover the rewritten link in the warning email — the host name gives it away. protect-*.mimecast.com is Mimecast, urldefense.proofpoint.com is Proofpoint, safelinks.protection.outlook.com is Microsoft Defender for Office 365, *.zscaler.net is Zscaler, and *.umbrella.com is Cisco Umbrella. On a block page rather than an email, the vendor name is usually printed somewhere on the page itself.
